Registered Physiotherapist
Vanessa obtained a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2014. Vanessa also became certified to perform acupuncture and dry needling in 2015. Prior to this, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors Specialization in Kinesiology with a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University.
Throughout her education and clinical experience, Vanessa has developed an evidence-based approach to therapy and has worked with diverse populations, injuries and conditions. She uses a combination of manual therapy, acupuncture, active rehabilitation and injury education in order to create an individualized plan of care for each client. As a former competitive & professional dancer, she also specializes in working with dance-related injuries and has previously treated Disney Cruise Line performers and various Toronto musical production casts.
When she’s not working, Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid runner and has travelled all over the world
Vanessa is available at the clinic Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
